How long does the video call take?
Usually around 45 minutes, depending on your child's needs and how many questions you have. We never rush.
When do I get the recommendation and funding plan?
We follow up after the call — usually within a couple of working days. This gives us time to review everything carefully and make sure we're confident in what we're recommending before it reaches you.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a device with a camera (phone, tablet or laptop) and your child nearby if possible. We'll talk you through anything else on the call — including any measurements we need, in a way that works for your child.
Can I bring my child's OT or physio?
Absolutely — we actively encourage it. Having a clinician on the call often means we can make a more precise recommendation and produce more useful documentation for funding applications.
